Many SAM TTS tools are free to use. If a paid feature, subscription, credit package, or checkout flow is offered, this Refund Policy explains the general refund approach for those purchases.

Free Tools

Free browser-based tools do not require payment and therefore do not involve refunds.

Paid Purchases

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, whether paid credits or feature access have been used, the payment provider rules, and applicable law.

We may approve a refund when:

• a duplicate payment was made by mistake;
• a paid feature was unavailable due to a service error;
• credits or access were purchased but not used;
• applicable consumer protection law requires a refund.

We may decline a refund when:

• the purchased credits, downloads, or generation capacity were already used;
• the request is tied to content entered or generated by the user rather than a service failure;
• the request is fraudulent, abusive, or outside the applicable payment provider window.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

• the email address used for the purchase;
• the order, invoice, or checkout reference if available;
• the date of purchase;
• a short explanation of the issue.

We review refund requests individually and may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
